Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice if you decide to reschedule/cancel your appointment*.
(for all services excluding: permanent brows)
In the event of a last-minute cancellation, there will be a charge of 100% of your appointment and no-shows are subject to charging your card on file in full.
Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Permanent Brows
A $100 deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new permanent brow appointments. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
We require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule/cancel your appointment.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.
A new deposit will be required to re-book your appointment if canceled within 48 hours, for lateness, or if it is marked as a no-show. Deposits are non-refundable.
